I received a temperature sensor for the outdoors with my system in 2008. It worked for a few months, then crashed. This sensor has the LCD screen on it so I can review the temperature either at the sensor, outdoors, or on my central unit, indoors. Now I just wish I could get the rain sensor to work again.

So far so good. I'm using this remote to communicate with the WMR100 console. My house is 1,700 sq/ft and seems to reach most spaces. The true test will be placing a remote in the garage and/or workshop that are farther away from the console. I'm using Weather Tracker for the Macintosh and Apple Script to bring the temperature and humidity into my Indigo home automation software. So far so good!

I purchased the WMR100 due to it's ability to communicate with many remotes to include the THGR810 as well as the floating sensor for tracking hot tube temperature (perhaps in the future).

I've sense purchased a new THGR810 and can not get the base station to recognize that I have added another remote sensor. I have a customer service email into Oregon Scientific about the issue, we'll see what there response is. The instructions for their products is pretty weak.

All is well. I was instructed to reset the base station when adding remotes and this worked just fine. Plan to buy mores for other areas of the home/property.

It seems to be fairly accurate and communicates well with the central console.
